Entered through a small doorway and down some rather lethal stairs, this proved to be a large and quite pleasant basement bar. It is L-shaped, with some random decorations and a mix of high and low tables, booths and dining chairs. There is also a pool table and dartboard. Various entertainments are provided - note that entry may be charged for live music acts. A collection of assorted keg taps seemed to largely be rebranded with house names, so no idea where they are from. Apart from the ropey beer selection I didn't mind this place, although it felt more suited to a city location.
