Alan Winfield left this review about The Bluebell Inn
The Blue Bell is a fairly large three storey pub that is set sideways onto the road, the pub looks a bit different to a lot of pubs i have been in.
Once inside there was a long room which ran the width of the pub,it had a stone floor and a beamed ceiling which had lots of old bank notes on it,there were narrow bench seats and some normal tables and chairs.
There was a good choice of real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Oakham Bishops Farewell which was a very nice drink, the other beers were Thornbridge Jaipur,Exmoor Gold,Woodfords Pure Gold/Wherry,Doom Bar and London Pride.
The pub had a really nice atmosphere and there was a good amount of locals in during our visit.
This was a really nice pub that i would happily visit again.
