When i first went in this pub it was called the George Hotel and the pub had a small frontage,but since then the pub has altered quite a bit with a large new front and New added onto the George.
Once inside there was one largish room that was well furnished and comfortable enough if drinking a dinner time,there were no real ales on the bar and the keg bitter was John Smiths smooth rubbish.
This was not one of my favourite pubs in Scarborough.
