Old Boots left this review about Ship Hotel
Brewer's Tudor building set back from the road in the manner of a thirties roadhouse. Two bars to left and right of the entrance. Set in a little less salubrious housing area, the customers are largely locals as there is really nothing here to attract people from a wider area, not even the pool table. No cask ale of course, an estate pub looking for an estate.
