Old Boots left this review about The Willow Tree Inn
A village local next to the large RAF base and just off the currently being upgraded A1. Owned by Sam Smiths it follows the Sams formula of cold OBB at a low price with the Sam Smiths keg range, the Sam Smiths spirit range and the Sam Smiths soft drinks range, all made with only pure natural ingredients as their adverts say. Friendly and traditional, with a two bar layout with a central servery covering both rooms. The smallish slab floored public bar is darts oriented with the board taking pride of place with an impressive line up of trophies all down one side of the room, bench seating with tables and stools go round the remaining wall space. The larger lounge is similar but carpeted, upholstered to a higher standard and a more refined décor.
