A large dining pub on the edge of the village, it is split into two main areas. Obviously the main entrance is from the car park which leads into an L shaped main bar area, counter to the right and  various tables dotted about as this part is also used for dining the rear right is an overflow dining area. Beyond the bar is a more formal dining room. Stone floors, a fair amount of wood on walls and ceiling beams, iron lamp fittings and a nice stone fireplace gives a pleasant ambience.
Two quad T-Bars top and tale a set of three beer engines, only one in use with cask Wainwright not the most exciting of beers but well kept here. A Black Sheep pump clip was visible on the bar back.
