Open plan with the main counter to the left through a double arch, 3 pulls but only GKIPA on however pretty well kept, Pennine brewed in the next village is a regular but not on this occasion. Proper pub seating in the bar, tables & chairs elsewhere, decor is a mass of stuff, mostly jugs and vases, with beer taps in the main bar, a couple of accordions, some railway porn and general "stuff". Genuinely the hub of this village but not in a Slaughtered Lamb way.

The pub now includes an internet café, village Post Office and an art gallery. There is also a small caravan site.
Closed Monday & Tuesday. 6 - 11 Wednesday - Saturday. 12 - 10:30 Sunday.
