Will Larter left this review about Ostrich Inn
This village pub has been the victim of a comprehensive modernisation, with no detail spared. The modern bar counter and bar back are complemented by the modern laminated floor and the modern dining tables and chunky dining chairs. An area in front of the telly has been half-separated by half-height walls and furnished with the sort of sofas that you can use up your daily calorie intake climbing out of them. Enough already. There are two hand pumps with Wherry and local Moongazer Pintail. The latter was a little hazy and not nearly as good as it should have been (NBSS 2, £5/pint).

Blue Scrumpy left this review about Ostrich Inn
An old pub that has been modernised beyond all recognition into a featureless gastropub with accommodation.
Food appears to be the main attraction here. Walking into the pub from the rear car park, you pass the accommodation units and walk passed a manned reception desk into a room with an open kitchen and then the main bar area. I found it strange that the reception desk is manned, when there are only 3 rooms!
Real ales were Woodforde's Wherry & Barsham Golden Close IPA.
