John Barras pub on the Bath Road to the north of Heathrow Airport. It is convenient for the hotels and as such is popular with travellers. There is a car park, which is redeemable against purchases.
I was greeted by the barman on arrival and joined a couple of former work colleagues, who already had their drinks. But there was no sign of any service. It was only when a fourth person joined us that service arrived.
Drinks were listed on a menu. But my first 3 choices were all unavailable. Greene King IPA & London Glory were the 2 real ales. There was no real cider. Disappointing and with much fewer travellers through the airport, it lacked any atmosphere.

Not a bad place, Close to the airport. Lots of wood interior. Sells real ale, 4 hand pumps. Serves food all day.
