This is a sports orientated pub with Sky and Setanta, plenty of plasma screens, football paraphernalia on the walls and a pool table. I found the barmaid to be nice enough, but there is no real ale with only a standard selection of draught being available.

The front of the pub is adorned with Greene King signs and there is a small makeshift smoking area at the rear with a few seats and a tatty old sofa.

I can't see myself ever going back to a pub that would put a ‘test your strength' boxing machine in front of a perfectly good dartboard.
