Graham Coombs left this review about Eastham Ferry Hotel
Large and impressive Victorian hotel building but now aimed at the mass market family eating trade. Ales from Marston's range, seemed in fair condition.

A large building by the Mersey estuary. Multi roomed with a large beer garden to the side. Real ale available. Not as good as The Tap next door.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Eastham Ferry Hotel
Substantial Marstons hotel overlooking the former eponymous landing stage (abandoned in 1929). However, you can still get some idea of what the place was like in its heyday from the scale of the pub's facilities. Quite a grand central bar with various seating areas around it. Patio terrace out front with some good views. Lots of 'Two for One' meal deal banners and posters. Three handpumps, offering Pedigree, Banks's Mild and Boondoggle. Service a bit unfriendly, though. (NB - Review dates from September 2011.)

We would go for a boring walk, look for
the bear pit and pick magic mushrooms.
Sorted!
