Rather a good pub in a period building, open plan yet suitably divided into separate areas. The modern grey interior is a little boring but there are lots of old photos of the area for interest. Tables outside also. Beer quality was good with some local ales from Lytham alongside Greene King and others.

A large pub very close to the station that slightly mirrored Spoons in it's marketing, except for the famous Spoons carpet. The entrance and front lounge area had some new Victorian pattered floor tiles and further sections were dark timber flooring. The interior layout was open plan and had some decent seating area especially in the bay window either side of the main entrance. Their was also a side room at the rear which housed a pool table. Four ales on pump, which were Greene King IPA, Sharp's Doombar, Tribute and Black Sheep. The staff were friendly and presentable.

Right next to the train station. Recently refurbished and is now much better than before. A sign outside said 6 cask ales available but I could only see 4. Seating is available at the front. The best of the 4 near the station.
