Strongers . left this review about Shamrock Inn
With laminate flooring throughout, the Shamrock has a U-shaped bar area to the right that is faced by a black and white Rat Pack et al mural on the rear wall. Unsurprisingly only standard keg was available. To the left is a large sparsely furnished open plan extension with banquette seating around the exterior walls. This leaves plenty of room for a pool table, dartboard and dancing area for functions. The televisions throughout were airing muted tennis on Sky Sports. There were a couple of young thick-as-mince men in PPE that were trying to engage with the only other customer who was sat at a fully set-up poker table waiting for his mates. Thankfully they arrived before I left. This place had the feel of a youth club cum social club and, even though the barman was polite, I was glad to leave.
