The front bar of Moorside Farm was reasonably busy with a local crowd during a recent Thursday evening visit. San Miguel, Birra Moretti and a standard keg range were available from the counter that also supports two hand pumps, but alas these were both unused. I didn’t see any menus for food, but there is a sunken dining area to the rear right of the bar and the car park is large. To the left of the bar is a pool table and dart board and a couple of televisions were airing an odd mix of TV property program and some other dross. The staff were missing for a while so it took ages to be served and there was no apology for the delay. I don’t plan on revisiting here.
