Charles Wells branded however just something called Ello Ello clipped in their name, additionally there was Marston's 61 Deep and Black Sheep Bitter. Externally I'd suggest the original end of terrace pub now incorporates one or two of the cottages in the terrace. A pub of two rooms, each divided by the central bar which serves both sides, you can link through without going outside. The RHS room is split level. A modern fit-out inside with no obvious distinction in status between the pair of rooms, lots of light pastel colours, scrubbed tables plus a few old reclaimed domestic dining versions. Food is served and looks to be the main player although not overly fancy stuff, there were board games and a few novels on a shelf.
My Ello Ello came out vinegary but was changed without fuss and the clip soon changed to offer Lancaster Bomber.
We had a bite to eat here which was perfectly fine but I probably wouldn't go back for a couple of pints.
