Komakino . left this review about The Two Brewers
One of only two pubs remaining in this drive-through market town this is a two-roomer with public bar to the left complete with pool table and dartboard, and lounge bar to the right; a bare-boarded room with dark third-height panelling, the odd photo /painting, a brick fireplace and a cosy, sedate mix of drinkers and diners - the latter enjoying reasonably-priced pub grub. The wood facade bar complete with metal foot and hand rails offered Sharp's Doom Bar, Adnams Lighthouse and St Austell Tribute (with Bombardier Pale Gold reversed). The Lighthouse was particularly good value at £3.15 a pint and was in great shape. A friendly welcome, means although this isn't an essential stop-off, it's by no means an unpleasant place to enjoy a pint if fortune (or bad luck) brings you over this neck of the woods.
