Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Draft House
Semi-modernised rectangular bar plus separate diner up two steps. Full height windows open onto Tower Bridge Road in good weather so can be noisy. Additional downstairs bar does not appear to be in regular use. Background blues music. Three Bath Ales were available: SPA, Barnsey and Gem (£3.70), plus their keg Bounders cider. The fourth handpump offered Dark Star Hophead, and there was also a good selection of continental beers. Overall, seemed quite a reasonable place.

Strongers . left this review about The River Bar
I didn't think that I would like it in here, but apart from the R&B background music I had a pleasant stay. The barman was friendly and my pint of Pitchfork from RCH brewery was very enjoyable. Harveys Best was also available alongside some standard and premium lagers. There was a decent crowd of twenty-somethings who seemed to be starting out on their evenings, but it wasn't overly busy like some pubs get in this area.
There are a couple of plasma screens in the main bar area and up some steps to the side of the bar there is a quieter section where a couple were drinking coffee. There is also a cellar bar downstairs that had signs up outside saying that it is available for hire.
I found this to be a bright and airy bar with a decent atmosphere and I would visit again.

john mcgraw left this review about The Copper
large roadside pub on the southside of Tower Bridge. Youngs and Harveys on tap on our visit 26/02/07. On two levels and a cellar bar, worth a visit just to look at the Thames
