Soup Dragon left this review about Three Kings Inn
A lovely GBG Georgian styled coaching inn,in white rendered stone. Whilst the roof is somewhat incongrous, the sash windows, former coach entrance and the painted moulding of the three kings above it are interesting features. The interior has a couple of rooms running off from the entrance way. These are white and stone walled, with white and beam ceilings. Interest is supplied by copious brasses, plates, old photographs and predominantly animal (mainly dog) prints, in the traditional country pub style. There was no TV and the music was ABBA, played at a decent level! The service was fine and the clientele mainly dining - we didn't eat, so can't comment on that. A brick and wood fireplace is in one room, while a hearth feature bisected the other. Beer; usual tap stuff with a very good Tim Taylor Landlord, Bass and Hobgoblin on handpull. A pleasant country pub that isn't open all the time - closed on the way, so had to catch it on the way back from Lincolnshire. Definitely worth a visit.
