Alan Winfield left this review about Kings Head
The Kings Head is a stone built pub that is just up the road from the Lion and Royal.
Once inside there was a smallish bar near the entrance and a smart lounge to the left, this room was carpeted and had old wood pew type seats and there were normal tables and chairs there was also another small area off the main lounge, for people wanting to dine here there was a large seperate dining room to the rear.
There were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Everards Tiger bitter and this was a very nice drink the other beer was GK IPA.
This was a decent pub and in my opinion the best of the two in this village.
