Another fairly basic, but popular, village local. It has a staple-shaped interior, all carpeted. There is a pool table and a dartboard at one end. TVs were switched off, in favour of modern music. A wood burner was alight in a fireplace. Children are allowed in.
With 4 handpulls on the bar, Pedigree is the regular beer, but there was only Doom Bar as a guest on the other 3 handpulls. Keg ciders were Magner's Black Fruits & Dry Blackthorn. I haven't seen Dry Blackthorn for a really long time. The landlord seemed surprised and said it's very popular in there. I was tempted, but not tempted enough.

The Friendship Inn is a nice looking pub that is situated on the main road through Laughterton.
Once inside there was a single room which was carpeted and had a beamed ceiling, there was some comfy bench seating to the front,a TV to the front was showing the Man Utd v Swansea game, the rear left had a pool table and darts board.
The pub is a Marstons tied house, there were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Pedigree which was a nice drink, the other beer was Hobgoblin.
Food was available but there were no diners in on our Saturday dinnertime visit.
I quite liked this proper pub.
