A food-led roadside pub a few miles outside Gainsborough, and not actually in the village of Willingham either. I think I may have raised a few eyebrows by asking for a half when everyone else was either eating or washing down their food with copious draughts of lager or wine. There were two beers on, Timothy Taylor Landlord and Humber Hopster, brewed by Lincolnshire Craft Beers. I had gone for the latter and was glad I didn't ask for a pint, as it was pretty poor (NBSS 1.5). I didn't feel welcome here, partly because it's not a very comfortable pub but also because I kept on getting looks, almost as though they suspected I was writing notes to put in a review.
