The Royal George is an old looking pub that is situated in the middle of Cottingham.
Once inside there was a small dinging area to the front left,the main bar was down a few steps to the right,this was a smallish room which had comfy bench seating and small stools,the room was carpeted and had a low beamed ceiling,there was another room off this to the rear,but we did'nt have a look in it.
There was one real ale on the bar,Taylor Landlord which was a decent drink.
This is a pleasant enough pub to have a few drinks in,it was fairly busy with drinkers on our mid Saturday afternoon visit.
