There's the basics of a nice traditional pub here - two rooms via a wood and glass central bar - but some wally has painted over the woodwork in a naff light grey colour. Wifi didn't work. A hopeful five ales on from the Marstons stable plus Rosie's Pig cider. Inevitably my Banks Amber was pump tired (NBSS 2) though at least served-up by a friendly barmaid. Feels like a place that has lost its way but the right operator could really do something with it.
