The King William is set back from the road and it is situated on the small one way system in the middle of Countesthorpe.
Once inside there was one largish square shaped room, the bar was to the left and the room was carpeted and had bench seating, there was also a pool table and tv in this room.
There was only one real ale on the bar which was Pedigree it took the bar lady about 5 minutes to pour a half of this,i think the barrel was on its last legs and the drink of Pedigree was also on its way out.
The pub had the feeling of an estate pub about it.
