Gloomy Marstons pub with a very ill-advised dark blue interior paint job. Three cask, my Pedigree tasted pretty peculiar and I dumped it (NBSS 1.5). Barmaid was friendly but I doubt I’d feel the need to revisit.

The George and Dragon is in the centre of Broughton Astley and is very handy if shopping here.
Once inside there was a single L shaped room that had bare boards and large beer barrels with chunky wooden tops used as tables the rear area had normal tables and chairs.
This pub is a Marstons tied house and there were three real ales on here i had a drink of Pedigree and this was a decent drink the other beers were Marstons bitter and Hobgoblin.
I thought this was quite a nice pub.
