Odd building that has no real pub frontage, you enter to the rear which isn’t that obvious on approach. Very recently decorated, off-white and lime green shades which actually worked better in the flesh than it does on the typing. Early afternoon visit found one other punter, and the place is clearly geared-up for the evening food trade, with much bustle emanating from the kitchen. Three pumps with two ales on, from Parish and Steamin’ Billy (NBSS 3). Hard one to gauge, so score reflects.

good news on this front the pub will be split into two after a local farmer decided to keep part of the property as a public house good news.

unfortunatly another pub that is being turned into dwellings acording to camera leicesters web-site, a shame but yet another pub lost.

Large village pub. Well kept real ales, good value food.
