Quinno _ left this review about The Coach & Horses Inn

Traditional pub with a few modern fittings but it mostly resides in the comfy 1970s feel. V shaped interior via knock-through at the bar apex with a separate dining room. Crushed velvet banquettes, open hearth, ye olde fake beams in the ceiling and some faux coach wheels dotted about. Oddly schizophrenic music choice with some quite awful Eurodance mixed in with the classics plus a large pointlessly switched-on TV. Taking of classics, the ale choice was Bass and TTL; a pint of the former was in great shape (NBSS 4). Whilst the pub has a couple of easily fixable flaws, the character and beer quality means you should get the X7 from Leicester to try it. 7.5

The Coach and Horses is a decent looking white painted pub that has got quite a long frontage, the pub is situated on the corner of leicester road and church road and is in Kibworth Harcourt.
Once inside there was a small dining room to the right which had tables laid out but this room was empty on our late afternoon visit, there is a lounge to the left which has the bar in it, this room is fairly long and narrow and opens out on the left side, this room runs across the front of the pub,the room is carpeted with comfortable bench seating there were TVs at either end of this room.
There were three real ales on the bar i had a drink of Bass and this was a fairly nice drink the other beers were GK IPA and one other i car'nt remember the name of.
This was a nice pub to sit in and relax over a pint or two.

Lovely local with a country feel. Large open fire in roomy lounge. Excellent food in small (can be cramped) retaurant.
