Multi-room Marstons pub that has been utterly ruined, the Stabillo yellow and green on the walls is akin to Trigger's yellow paint in that classic Only Fools and Horses episode. Some bits of the previous interior remain and I suspect 15 years ago it was nice in here. Three cask on from the Marstons stable, my Pedigree was fair (NBSS 2.5); the two staff had a Mexican standoff as to who would tear themselves away from their phone and serve me first. All mildly depressing but the right person could at least make a go of it.
