The New Inn is a nice looking pub that is in the quiet hamlet of Peggs Green.
Once inside this pub has not been altered at all, there is a warren of rooms, the main bar area is close to the main entrance this area has got a room off it to the left and one to the rear,we went along a narrow area by the bar to the right to enter a larger room that was down one step this room had bench seating and normal tables and chairs.
The whole of the pub is full with knic knacks odditys and any other object you could think of,this is in all of the rooms and even in the toilets, one of the smaller rooms was being used as a santas grotto.
There were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Bass which was quite a nice drink, the other beer was Pedigree.
The pub was fairly busy with friendly locals.
This pub has to be seen to believe.
If you happen to be in the Coalville or Ashby area make a point on doing this pub while it is like this, you wont be dissapointed.
