Backstreet local's local split over two sides. Left side is the public with darts, pool and is quite small whilst the right is larger over a dog leg. Looks like a late 70s refit with little change since then. TV volume up against fairly dreadful dance music. No Bass here now, just TT Landlord which was serviceable, if a bit old (NBSS 2.5). Friendly guv'nor. Basics of a go-to pub are here but not being exploited.

A comfortable and well kept pub tucked away down a side street near A1 taxis. The pub is traditional and is carpeted throughout and consists of two main rooms served by a central bar. Two handpumps on the bar, with only one in use serving Doombar. I had just missed the Bass Draught by about five minutes.
