Multi level, multi roomed pub. Pool table in the room to the right as you enter and a raised area to the left with a quiz machine. For some reason this place has a nautical theme, which is a bit strange as Todmorden is a long way from the sea. There were a couple of handpumps on the bar. I had a pint of Youngs Bitter, also a bit unusual for around here. It was a decent pint as well. Pretty quiet on a Friday evening at around 6:30, but the landlady and the 4 regulars in the bar were very friendly. It didn't take long to get chatting. It's a friendly pub and I would have no problem calling in here again.
