A proper workingmans local that doesn't seem to have changed in years. It's got to have been almost 20 years since I last visited here and it's still just the same. An opened out room to the left and a pool room to the right as you enter. The bar is straight ahead and there's another small are to the right with a dartboard. Lots of banter going on between the locals, all a bit sweary, but friendly enough. No real ale and a pint of Sam Smiths Best Bitter was just £1.80. It may be a while before I visit again, but I'm glad to see it's still the same.
