Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Station Hotel
Set in a row of attractive stone buildings by the village crossroads, the nearby railway line has long since been replaced by a cycleway but it thankfully remains a community asset. The seating / dining areas around the bar are quite plainly furnished by the light decor comes as a bit of a surprise. Further seating is also available outdoors both at the front and in a slightly split-level back yard. Four real ales on handpump: Bluebird and Old Man from Coniston, Tyne Bank's Monument and Black Sheep.
