Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Ship
Very eye-catching pub, with large golden logos standing out from the whitewashed walls on each end. The multi-room interior has been comprehensively refurbished in a semi-modern style, and while the light decor helps, it is still quite gloomy inside due to the limited window area. Still, it's reasonably done in its own way. As a Thwaites house, I found Gold (£3.80) and English IPA available from the six handpumps, with a reversed Original clip also noted, but a wider range may be available in normal times.

Honest Opinion left this review about The Ship Inn Public House
Very nice pub, the two meals we had were excellent, both home made and served with proper home made chips. Beer very good, landlord and staff excellent. Not the cheapest around but the best in the area I have sampled so far. Well recommended.
