The Alexandra is a largish pub that is set sideways onto the road.
Once inside this pub was very smart and was mainly catering for diners,but as a drinker i was made just as welcome.
The pub looked like it had been opened out and it was carpeted throughout.
The pub used to be a Matthew Brown tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Matthew Brown bitter and this was a decent drink the other beer was Theakston best.
