Although the Bricklayers remains closed there is hope for this one.
It has been given a temporary reprieve by the local council whilst English Heritage try to get it listed.
A developer has submitted for planning permission to turn it into flats.
And the name of the developer?
None other than Mr Tom Bursnall the local UKIP councillor.
Are all politicians money grabbing b@@@@@ds who take advantage of their positions?
