The Moss Rose has bar counter to the right where there are curved banquettes in the front window. To the left is some open plan seating in the ‘Lounge’ where there’s also a DJ booth, karaoke is advertised for weekends. There is also a quiz advertised for Mondays and Sundays, but nothing more than some background music during my recent Tuesday evening visit. In the rear of the pub is a games room with a pool table and dartboard. This area is served by a rear section of the bar, but it was lights out during my visit. The draught selection of Standard keg alongside Madri isn’t going to interest most, however I thought this was an OK local boozer.
