The last time i visited this pub was over 40 years ago for a darts match when it was a traditional multi roomed boozer.However it has recently been taken over by Bolton's Bank Top Brewery and has undergone a smart extensive refurbishment and now been converted to just one room.There was a good selection of 6 cask beers on offer with 5 from the Bank Top Brewery and one guest ale.Just slightly out of the way off the A680 but certainly worth a visit if you are in that area.
