Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Australian Arms
A side-street local of a type that was once so common but which is now quite rare. The L-shaped interior (with a pool table at the far end) has probably been opened out at some stage, but it still retains a traditional look and feel. A basic conservatory has been added behind this, with a pleasant little patio beer garden at the back. I found two of the four handpumps in use, with an excellent Gadds No 5 (£4.20) thankfully available in addition to the Doom Bar.
