Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Painters Ash
1970s? estate pub retaining two separate rooms: the main bar parallel to the main street and what is now a pool and darts room going back on the right-hand side. Refurbished at some stage, and both parts looking tidy enough. Sadly, the solitary handpump is not in use, so had a quick John Smith's (£1.85, half) before moving on.
