On a recent Wednesday evening visit the Elephant’s Head had a few lads with bladder issues playing darts in a room at the rear, and some wannabe love islanders who’d been working on their skin cancer were lauding it around the bar. In the bar area there’s a pool table, another couple of dartboards in cases that were closed and a stool lined serving counter that supports keg only. TNT Sports is advertised, but all the televisions were off except for one that was airing a 90s TV show while the jukebox supplied some background music. The barman seemed friendly enough, but I’m too old for all this shit so I’ll not be bigging it up in North Kentshire with this lot again.
