The Cricketers, Dover

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Cricketers

Substantial pub located some distance up the valley from the town centre, facing what was once a cricket ground that now forms part of the Dover Athletic stadium and training facilities. Brewers Tudor exterior and a modernised but fairly plain interior. However, it benefits from having a huge beer garden with tables in various different sections, including a covered dining area with a separate burger shack. Big enough for mini-music festivals, an also has an outdoor skittle alley. No real ale on when I visited, unfortunately, so had to make do with a quick John Smith's (£3.90).
