Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about St. Crispin Inn
Historic village pub with a newer (but sympathetic) accommodation building added at the back. Not visible (or signposted, as far as I could see) from the 'main' road through the village (itself bypassed), but well worth seeking out. Several seating / dining areas on each side of the central bar, and quite dark (but atmospheric) inside due to the exposed brickwork. With just two of the four handpumps in use, I found London Pride and Whitstable Bay Pale (?£4.20) being dispensed on this first revisit for 13 years.

Stephen Hollingshead left this review about St Crispin Inn
The St Crispin is a dream of a country inn. There is always a selection of beautifully kept real ales, including Harvey's Sussex, Adnam's Broadside, Fuller's London Pride and our local Faversham brew, Shepherd Neame.
The food on offer is varied and superbly prepared by Claire, the excellent chef de cuisine. Traditional pub grub and snacks are available as is an imaginative a la carte menu. There is always a tempting 'Specials' board above the log fire to add even more variety.
The garden is enormous and has 'Bat & Trap' and something to keep the children amused - at present, a bouncy castle.
Dogs are welcome in the bar (but not in the recently refurbished restaurant, please) There are splendid doggy walks over Worth marshes.
