Decent enough pub with a fair range of good food and good beers. Barman was a bit offish - probably had enough of the horde of uncontrolled screaming chav kids running around, I know I had! Much better in the evening when the little sods had gone. Above average.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Vine

Modern McMullens pub at the north end of Waltham Cross town centre. Had a very reasonable pint of County sitting outside in the front beer garden, and enjoyed sitting out in the sunshine watching the world go by.

The Vine is a large modern pub that is towards the top end of the high street and i thought it looked fairly decent from the outside.
Once inside the pub was very smart and also comfortable,it seemed more of a pub to go out with your family than a drinkers pub,this pub is a McMullens tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of McMullens AK bitter and this was a decent drink the other beer was McMullens Country bitter.
I was happy enough having a drink in here.
