Attractive building housing a faintly upmarket Greene King family pub – a dining area is off left. There’s a bit of character to be fair, in a modern refit way. Three cask and three ciders at the bar, my GK IPA was chuggable if not exactly electric (NBSS 2.5). 5.5

I'd skipped this Greene King pub near the tube station on my last visit to Croxley Green in February. This time, with the Sportsman closed, I decided to give it a try.
Staff pounce on you on entry. They will direct you to a seat and take your order. The selection was Greene King IPA & Abbot & St Austell Tribute. The Abbot was in reasonable condition.
The army of staff were keeping the pub very clean. But it's not one I'd make a point of returning back to. Seems to be a focus on food.

Nice looking externally but an unremarkable corner pub close to Croxley tube station. Just Green King IPA and OSH. Child friendly.
