This place looked shut on my approach as the entrance isn't lit and the front bar area was very subdued with a couple of regulars drinking by the dartboard. As I walked around towards the rear off the pub the music got louder and I spotted the pool table and sofas in the raised area at the back of the pub and some plasmas and TVs for the Sky Sports.

There is only a standard draught selection available, but the barmaid was extremely friendly and although there is a St George Cross painted on the wall I wasn't apprehended by any skin head thugs!

There is a selection of Chicago Town pizzas available on the menu to eat in or take away, but I think it would be cheaper to get them from Iceland yourself.

This pub is ok for a night out with the lads, but I wouldn't go here on my own again.
