Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Herdsman
Interesting-looking building, claiming to be an "alehouse..." but actually more of a basic bar with a sports TV and little else to note. I also found the Doom Bar hadn't come back on the solitary handpump (on the sensible ground that they probably wouldn't sell it quickly enough initially), so I left after a brief chat with the barman. However, he was an engaging fellow so I circled back round the post-coronavirus one-way system and came back in for a quick Worthington's (£3.50) because at least this slightly out-of-city-centre place is trying to get back going again, and places like these need all the support they can get.

Don,t know if it will last much longer poorly stocked bar look,s like they are struggling just 2 in at teatime
