Turned into a flats, "Clearwater apartments" complex, but has a rump of a bar / club called Bar Bluu around the corner with entrance in Clarendon Road
Update 30 Aug 2009 - Well that didn't last long, the whole complex is now boarded up & for sale, including the Bar Bluu bit
