Looks like someone's hobby, this and is a very odd little place. Three rooms. The main ‘village’ bar has a slab floor, third length duck egg wood panelling, hessian rugs and agricultural implements hanging from ceiling. The adjoining two rooms are low ceilinged and quite homely. Large rear garden with kids play area. Mobile gas fire from the 70s in one of the rooms, looks like they do things differently round here. Impressive crisp selection got Desmond salivating. Four ales - Doom Bar, GK IPA, OSH and Bowman Wallops Wold (poor). Feels like it's making a half arsed attempt at modernity that's best left. Only one other customer. Like I said, odd.

A good pub with a nice quiet atmosphere during lunch times.
They do very good food. The 'Chicken Supreme' is well recommended!
