E TA left this review about The Swan

A down-market town inn which offers poor-value B&B. The single large bar feels oppressive, a group of earlier rooms knocked into one, with a laminate floor that makes it feel a bit like a Scout hut, and it’s certainly not comfortable. It contains a couple of pool tables, dart board, various gaming machines and a jukebox. The landlady was pleasant and helpful, but the other customers were less so. There is no real ale, so the choice is between Neck Oil, Guinness, Amstel, Moretti, Cruzcampo, Foster’s and Inch’s Cider. They host regular live music acts. There is very limited parking, so it’s not really worth visiting unless cheap, loud B&B is your thing and you don’t mind loud music.
